Payment & Shipping

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A.  Payment by PayPal

For online orders, accepts Visa and MasterCard by PayPal.  Security? We've got it covered. PayPal encrypts
your confidential information using SSL technology. Once your information reaches PayPal, it stays on a server that is
heavily guarded both physically and electronically.

Q.  What are your shipping costs?

A.  Our freight charges are simple. To Canada and the US, it's a flat rate of $12. So spoil yourself! You can choose as many items as long as they're shipped to one location.  Orders shipped to a Canadian or US address exceeding $150 receive free shipping!
We use Canada Post for shipping.

Q.  Do I have to have Paypal to be able to order?

A. At the current time, is only accepting payments through Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques.

Q.  I don’t live in Canada or the USA! Can I still order and how much is shipping?

A.  Just because you don’t live in Canada or the USA doesn’t mean you can’t have ! If this is the case,
please email us at info@espe.ca with your order information.  Please include the following in your email:

a. your name
b. address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code
c. telephone number (daytime)
d. email (if different from the one you used to send your request)

will personally look up any international shipping options and/or the costs and get back to you right away.

 

Order Status/Information

Q.  How do I know that my order has been received?

A. No worries, we’ll send you a confirmation email once it has been received!

Q.  Is there any way I can track or check the status of my order once it has been shipped?

A. We know that you are eagerly awaiting your awesome stuff from ! Email us your name and order number
and we will track your things down for you personally, so there’s no hassle for you.

Q.  I’ve made a mistake or want to change my order. What should I do?

A.  Made a mistake? We’ve got you covered! If you need to change or cancel an order, call us immediately or email us
at onlineshop@espe.ca.  If your order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly change it.  Note that your order will not
be cancelled until you have received confirmation about it from .

Q.  I’m buying this item as a gift.  Does the product come with any sort of wrapping or gift box?

A.  We have two different sizes of boxes for our wallets and a special wallet pouch for SPORT wallets. You can
request for us to include a box with your order.  All   handbags come with a complimentary dust bag for storage.
