Return Policy

Exchange Policy

Note: These instructions apply to ESPE Online Shop orders. If you have purchased an ESPE product from a retailer, please contact the same retailer to inquire about its exchange/return policy.

 

As the heart and soul of our products, we here at ESPE want you to be just as satisfied with our products as we are. If you have received a defective product, no biggie; we will happily give you an exchange. If you realize that the product you ordered does not jive with you as much as it did when you ordered it last week, we can help. Please note that the exchange must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

 

For an exchange, give us a shout with the following information:

  • your name
  • address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code
  • daytime telephone number
  • email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
  • a picture of your defective item (if you are exchanging because of defect)
  • date of your purchase and order number
  • the name of the item you would like to receive in exchange

This email should be sent to info@espe.ca. Our online returns department will contact you with an email confirmation that your request has been received. A return authorization number and address will be provided for you to ship the product back to ESPE. Any items being shipped back for exchange must be pre-paid by the customer and in their original or equivalent packaging. ESPE is not responsible for lost mail. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees to and from ESPE .

 

After you have prepared your item to be shipped back, send us an email along with the following information:

  • your name
  • courier used to ship the product
  • tracking number
  • date the parcel was shipped
  • expected delivery date at our warehouse

If you are shipping from the US, please declare the item as "Defective Return – No Commercial Value " and $0, as we DO NOT accept packages that require customs/duty and taxes. These packages will be rejected at the border. We recommend using US Postal Service (USPS) for shipment back to our warehouse. After we receive your exchange package, we will contact you and ship out the exchange item(s).

 

 

Refund Policy

At ESPE we want you to feel good about your purchase, but sometimes, things don't happen the way you want it to. We get that and we feel for you. That's why we accept returns within 30 days with the receipt and your item in unused condition. The customer will be credited for the cost of the items and all applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.

 

For a refund, give us a shout with the following information:

  • your name
  • address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code
  • daytime telephone number
  • email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
  • date of your purchase and order number
  • the name of the item(s) you would like to refund (if you ordered more than one item)

Price and Availability

Prices of products on the ESPE online shop are subject to change at any time without notice. Product availability is also subject to change at any time depending on our inventory level.

 

 

Shipping and Handling

For Canada and US Customers (except Alaska and Hawaii):

A $12 shipping fee applies to all online orders. Free shipping on all purchases over $150 before applicable tax.

For International Customers:

Simply place an order with your international address and, after you enter your address, a shipping quote will be provided to you.

 

 

Security

ESPE respects your privacy. Whenever we receive and collect sensitive information such as credit card data or payment information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to process your specific order are allowed access to your personal information. The computers and servers where we store such information are kept in a secure environment. We will not share or publish your information. Your security is one of our top priorities.
