We want you to love your Espe bag! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of purchase.
You’ll be credited for the item cost and taxes (shipping fees are non-refundable outside Canada).
To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number and details.
We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
All items must be sent back prepaid in original or equivalent packaging.

U.S. Customers:
Please mark your return as “Defective Return – No Commercial Value” with a declared value of $0.
We recommend using USPS to avoid customs issues.
Packages requiring customs or duty payments will be refused at the border.
We offer a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects — covering hardware, zippers, and seams.
If a product issue arises under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.
To request a warranty claim:
Email us with photos of the defect and your receipt showing purchase date and price.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please clearly mark your RA number on the package — parcels without it may be refused.
If the original style is no longer available, we’ll replace it with a similar product of equal value.
For U.S. customers:
When returning an item under warranty, please declare it as “Defective Return – No Commercial Value” to ensure smooth customs clearance.
