We want you to be as satisfied with our products as much as we are. If you're not entirely happy with your order you can return it in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note you will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Outside of Canada, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Our online returns department will contact you to confirm your request has been received. A return authorization number and address will be provided for you to ship the product back to us. Outside of Canada, any items being shipped back for refund or exchange must be pre-paid by customers and in their original or equivalent packaging. Please note Espe is not responsible for lost mail. We do not accept COD deliveries. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all shipping and handling fees when making a return or exchange.
If you are shipping from the US please declare the item as "Defective Return – No Commercial Value " and $0 value as we will not accept packages that require customs/duty and taxes. These packages will be rejected at the border. We recommend using US Postal Service (USPS) for shipment back to our warehouse.
