How much is shipping?

  • Within Canada: Flat rate of $5

  • FREE shipping on orders over $75 within Canada only
  • To the U.S. (except Alaska & Hawaii): Flat rate of $15

    • Tariffs charges are calculated after checkout based on the tariff % at the time of shipping.  Separate invoice for the tariff amount will be sent once order is received.  We are not able to give the tariff amount at the time of order placement. 

Note: Shipping rates apply to retail/e-commerce customers only. Wholesale orders are excluded.

Shipping for other destinations will be calculated at checkout.


Do you ship outside Canada & the U.S.?

Yes, we do!

  • Flat rate to European countries: $30 CAD

  • For all other destinations, your rate will appear at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Canada & U.S.: About 1 week

  • International orders: About 4–6 weeks

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can easily follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your Espe bag! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of purchase.

  • You’ll be credited for the item cost and taxes (shipping fees are non-refundable outside Canada).

  • To start a return or exchange, email us with your order number and details.

  • We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.

  • All items must be sent back prepaid in original or equivalent packaging.

  • Espe is not responsible for lost or COD mail.

U.S. Customers:

  • Please mark your return as “Defective Return – No Commercial Value” with a declared value of $0.

  • We recommend using USPS to avoid customs issues.

  • Packages requiring customs or duty payments will be refused at the border.


What is your product warranty?

We offer a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects — covering hardware, zippers, and seams.
If a product issue arises under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion.

To request a warranty claim:

  1. Email us with photos of the defect and your receipt showing purchase date and price.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Please clearly mark your RA number on the package — parcels without it may be refused.

If the original style is no longer available, we’ll replace it with a similar product of equal value.

For U.S. customers:
When returning an item under warranty, please declare it as “Defective Return – No Commercial Value” to ensure smooth customs clearance.
