How much is shipping?
Shipping to Canada and the US (except Alaska and Hawaii) is $9. ( e commerce customers only - wholesale orders not applicable)
For orders over $75 to a Canadian or US address (except Alaska and Hawaii) shipping is FREE! (e commerce customers only - wholesale orders not applicable)
Shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated at checkout.
Do you deliver outside Canada & the US?
Yes we do. Simply place an order with your international address and, after you enter your address, a shipping quote will be provided to you. Flat shipping rate to European countries is $30
For express options, please email us for a detailed quote.
We will look up international shipping options and costs and get back to you right away.
How long will it take to get my package?
Standard delivery time for parcels to Canada & US is 1 week.
Standard delivery time for an international order is 4 -6 weeks.

Can I track or check the status of my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information once your order is shipped so you can easily track your package.

We have two different sizes of boxes for our wallets. You can request us to include a box with your order while quantities last.

returns & warranty

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be as satisfied with our products as much as we are.  If you're not entirely happy with your order you can return it in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note you will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Outside of Canada, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

For a refund or exchange please email us with your details and order number.

Our online returns department will contact you to confirm your request has been received. A return authorization number and address will be provided for you to ship the product back to us. Outside of  Canada, any items being shipped back for refund or exchange must be pre-paid by customers and in their original or equivalent packaging. Please note Espe is not responsible for lost mail. We do not accept COD deliveries. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all shipping and handling fees when making a return or exchange. 

If you are shipping from the US please declare the item as "Defective Return – No Commercial Value " and $0 value as we will not accept packages that require customs/duty and taxes. These packages will be rejected at the border. We recommend using US Postal Service (USPS) for shipment back to our warehouse.

What is your product warranty?
We offer a 60-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace the defective product caused by normal use at our discretion. The warranty includes defects in hardware, zippers and seams. Wear and tear on the material caused by abuse will not be eligible for replacement. If the product was purchased at your local store please return the product directly to them with a proof of purchase according to their return policy.
To return a defective product please email us with a picture of the product as well as close-up photos of the defective parts and include a photo of the receipt showing the date of purchase, a description of the product and the price. One of our representatives will contact you and advise if we will replace or repair the product and will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please ensure the return authorization number is clearly visible on the packaging, otherwise the parcel may be refused at the destination.
If a replacement product is required, but the product is no longer available, ESPE will replace it with a product that is of similar price and nature at our discretion. For our customers in the US, if a customs form is required, report the product as "Defective Return - No Commercial Value" since we do not accept parcels that require a customs fees.
